Our standard maintenance solution includes access to telephone support, regular and scheduled proactive maintenance, onsite support within an agreed number of hours (usually 4 hours) as required. We configure all systems to minimise energy usage and have developed a channel for disposal that ensures all hardware (and toxic components) will not end up in landfill.
