If you use the windows quick launch bar (right click the taskbar and select quick launch) and you want an even faster way to open those programmes ?
Just hit the windows key and the corresponding number key to the app in the quick launch bar and it will open.
For example if "Internet explorer" is the first button in your quick launch, Windows key + 1 will start it, this will obviously only go up to number 9.
